Manual harvesting of the grapes that are placed in boxes for natural drying. Then, when the grape is dehydrated it is time to press the whole bunch. The flower must obtained is left to settle for several days in stainless steel vats.
Then only the clear part of the must is decanted and left to ferment in small oak barrels. The aging of the wine will continue in barrel for several years.
The wine will be bottled and left to refine for a couple of months in the bottle.
