Manual harvesting of the grapes which are de-stemmed, crushed and left to macerate for a couple of hours. So the flower must obtained is placed in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.

The aging of the wine will continue in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which usually takes place at the end of April or early May.

Cherry pink colour. Strawberry and raspberry scent with a full, fresh and lively flavor.
