cabernet
Cabernet Franc is a grape variety that comes from the Bordeaux area, in France. Arrived in Friuli towards the end of the last century, this grape variety is grown everywhere, occupying second place, for quality, among the red grape varieties.
Cabernet Sauvignon also comes from the Bordeaux area. The diffusion of this grape variety is limited in Friuli, where however it has its maximum diffusion. In France, however, Cabernet Sauvignon is more widespread than Cabernet Franc.
